MANAGING DIRECTOR / FOUNDING MEMBER

Shane has been providing land secured finance consulting services to a variety of public agencies throughout the state of California. He has been assisting these agencies with their formation, bond sales, and administration for special financing districts including Assessment Districts, Community Facilities Districts, and Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts. Shane specializes in working with public agencies to identify viable revenue opportunities in order to establish these special financing districts to provide vital infrastructure and/or services to their communities. He has been providing these services for over more than nineteen years.

SENIOR ANALYST

Jonathan provides ongoing administration services to municipalities in Southern California counties for their special financing districts. He provides Formation and Administration Services to public agencies for their Special Districts. Jonathan spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps gaining invaluable experience in leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail. He is a valued asset to our clients and to the SCG Team.

GIS SPECIALIST

Jack has over fourteen years of experience in Geographic Information Systems. He is proficient using Esri’s State-of-the-Art GIS technology to prepare map exhibits for documents and reports. Jack has been involved with projects which required geo-referencing engineering drawings and historical maps to create GIS data to represent an existing water system, data creation and maintenance, integration of CAD data, Python scripting to automate tedious tasks, and the web-based deployment platform ArcGIS Online, including the retrieval of drawings and documents and the use of Story maps.

FINANCIAL ANALYST

James provides disclosure and annual report support, and assists in the document preparation and review process to ensure quality assurance. He also provides technical support for compliance with all municipal disclosure requirements. James has a tremendous amount of experience in establishing sound protocols, procedures, and compliance from his extensive legal experience as a staff attorney.

ASSISTANT ANALYST

Mark provides parcel change and delinquency monitoring support. He assists in the document review process to ensure quality assurance.

ASSISTANT ANALYST AND GIS MAPPING TECHNICIAN

Mikel provides analytical support and assists in preparing GIS maps including data extraction, analytics, and script programming. Mikel coordinates data provided, including our proprietary software, to accurately and efficiently support the team for all deliverables.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Christina provides analytical support to the Project Managers and also plays a key role in Property Owner Support (POS) Services for Spanish-speaking constituents.
